  • What is the source of the protein in Power Crunch?

    Power Crunch products contain a proprietary blend of specialized milk proteins, primarily extensively hydrolyzed (High-DH) whey protein which is efficiently absorbed by the body due to its very small molecular size. High-DH hydrolysates are rapidly and completely absorbed compared to other sources of protein which require hours of extensive intestinal activity and may still be incompletely absorbed leading to the often experienced gas and bloating after-consumption effects.

  • Can Power Crunch be used as a meal replacement?

    Power Crunch uses a blend of natural sugar and sucralose which is better known in the U.S. under the brand name “Splenda”. Triple Chocolate, Peanut Butter Crème, Peanut Butter Fudge, and Chocolate Mint are sweetened naturally with fruit sugars, Stevia and/or Monk Fruit extracts.

  • Is sucralose safe?

    YES! Contrary to uninformed bloggers and so-called nutrition advisors, the safety and clear body of science on sucralose is well documented in more than 100 scientific studies conducted over a 25-year period. In addition, sucralose and, specifically the safety data on sucralose, has been reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other national regulatory agencies, as well as by international health authorities such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and found to be safe for use by all consumers including children, pregnant women and especially people with weight issues and diabetes.
